Llanvihangel-Ystern-Llewern is located in the centre of the community council area. The B4233 divides the ward into a northern and southern section. The village of Llanvihangel-Ystern-Llewern lies to the south. The Onen is located on the B4233 and once had a village hall. Llanvihangel-Ystern-Llewern is the smallest of the six wards in the community council area in terms of residents.
