Planning Applications are determined by Monmouthshire Council Planning Committee or officers with delegated powers.

The Community Council is a statutory consultee and is required to comment on every application.

Fast Track Full Planning Permission Change of use of a redundant 1980s-built barn from Agricultural, to Light Industrial (B1) and Storage and Distribution (B8). Decrease the floor area and create a courtyard garden space between the house and the building. Create an insulated work space that would provide an economic earning environment for the applicants.
