Road closure in Penrhos

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make a road closure. It is anticipated that the works will be completed on the 22nd August 2025, operating between 09:30 – 15:30. The order is necessary for BT works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure. The effect of the order will be to temporarily close a section of R42 Penrhos Farm to Beiliau Wood, Penrhos from its junction with Post Office Road for ~0.85m. A signed diversionary route will be in place.
